Fulfilment Updates:
Australia Sea Freight Units - Ready for courier collection
All Australian sea freight units reached our distributor on Wednesday the 27th and were promptly processed by Thursday the 28th. Tracking information will be sent out immediately once the team are online after the Easter Public Holidays.
US Sea Freight Units - En route to Knoxlabs
The transition between distributors is taking longer than anticipated due to certain handover requirements. We're pushing to expedite this process and will keep you posted once your orders are securely in Knoxlabs' hands.
Remaining orders awaiting fulfilment - Currently undergoing preparations for air freight.
As mentioned in update #53, all required orders are being repackaged with additional batteries. We'll update you once this step is finalised, and from there, the devices will be promptly dispatched via air express to minimise wait time.
Software & Engineering:
Our Beta Tester team is currently testing software release v2.0.0.
